The Opportunity

We are currently looking for an experienced Manager with a proven track record of running a successful 360 desk within the XXXXXXX market to lead a team of XXXXX (DETAIL ABOUT THE TEAM). This is an excellent opportunity to shape a business and progress professionally with the backing of a global brand, advanced technology and experienced management team.

What should I expect day to day?

As a Manager, you will lead a team of XXXX Recruitment Consultants as well as managing your own 360 XXXXX desk. Your job will include:

• Running a 360 desk in the XXXX market (ADD SOMETHING ABOUT THE DESK)
• Developing and mentoring the team through regular monthly sales plans and 121’s
• Daily team set up meetings
• Driving the success of your team and encouraging delivery of KPIs and recruitment activity
• Working with the management team on initiatives and projects

We will give you all of the tools and support needed to achieve in the position. You will also have access our advanced bespoke technology which will enable you to work efficiently and make the most of our uncapped commission!

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven track record of billing success within a 360 recruitment position
• Experience managing a team
• Passionate about creating a supportive environment where targets are exceeded
• Commercial, innovative and ambitious
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build rapport quickly
• Self-motivated and a strong initiative
• Knowledge of the XXXX market would be ideal but not essential
